JENNIFER BERKELEY

Jennifer Berkeley is a Principal Home Stager for Urban Presentations.  She started the company with the philosophy that home staging services should be flexible and able to adapt to each client’s individual needs. 

Jennifer is known for creating spectacular interiors on a modest budget and for her energy and commitment to her clients’ schedules.  Jennifer is a respected member of Vancouver’s real estate investment community, and regularly makes presentations to groups of homeowners and investors.  She also teaches Home Staging for Capilano College. 

As a real estate investor, Jennifer has personal experience with the value of presenting a property at its best and understands that time is money when it comes to preparing a property for sale.  She started staging with her own investment properties and found that she enjoyed it so much, developing a full time business was a natural evolution. 

CINDY STOCKER

A Principal Home Stager with Urban Presentations, Cindy’s approach to her work is creative, highly organized and professional with an emphasis on time and budget management.   Design by osmosis:  Cindy is quick to credit her mother, an award-winning Vancouver commercial Interior Designer for her innate sense of style and ability to create beautiful interiors. 

Her artistic flair, keen attention to detail, colour and balance are hallmarks of her talent.·Cindy’s financial and project management background is in professional harmony with her design flair, ensuring that a project will not only be beautiful, but be on time and on budget.·

Cindy’s personal style is calm eclecticism, but she loves creating spaces that reflect her clients own personal style.  In her work and play she relishes the challenge of creating unique spaces.  As every property and client is unique, no two spaces should be alike.

 CERTIFICATION

Both Jennifer and Cindy are certified members of Professional Real Estate Stagers (PRES) and are assistant instructors with the PRES Training Program.
