Fall is definitely in the air. The kids are back at school and summer holidays are over. Lots of people think about selling their homes this time of year. More listings means more competition for your home. Staging will help you stay ahead of the pack. Staging doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Some simple things make a huge difference. The most important thing you can do is CLEAR THE CLUTTER! Some of us are packrats and really struggle with this, but if you do it before you list your home, things will be so much easier when you are ready to move.
