Home Staging Price Calculator
How it worksEstimating Costs The calculator provides an estimated price based on median data for actual quotes as provided to the clients of Urban Presentations. For a more accurate quote, please contact us to arrange a free consultation .Every time we prepare a quotation for a client, we input the data into our database. Over time, this information allows us to provide our clients with a good estimate as to the anticipated prices for our staging services. We have prepared the calculator for our own use, use by our clients, and use by Realtors who wish to provide their clients with home staging services. Realtors are free to insert the calculator onto their web pages should they wish (simply copy and paste the code from here). Room SizesSize definitions are relative and approximate. For the purposes of this calculator, small refers to an apartment or condo-sized room. Medium refers to room sizes in an average-sized single family home with a total floor area of approx. 2000 to 4000 sq. ft. Large refers to an executive home or larger, approx. 6000 sq. ft. or larger total area. Room TypesIn using the Home Staging Calculator, it is important to only select the rooms in your home that you would like to have staged. It is not generally necessary to stage every room, especially in a large house. The "first impression rooms" are key. If you are unsure of which rooms to stage, don't worry... this is what we do. Vacant vs Furnished HomesStaging for vacant homes will include rental of furniture, delivery of the furniture, and the services of the stager to select and install the furnishings. If the home is furnished, a stager can often use what you have and make the home look great by editing and rearranging your own possessions. When we input our estimates into our pricing database, we factor all of these variables into the mix.
