We offer a number of packages and can customize any to suit your specific needs and budget. The initial consulation is always free!

Home Evaluation and Comprehensive Report

This package includes a complete walk-through of your home and a detailed written report outlining recommended tasks to be completed prior to listing your home.

Prices range from $250 to $500 depending on the size of your home.

Staging Services for Furnished Home

If you want to Stage your home while you are living there, we will use what you already have and present your space in a way that is appealing to buyers. We may add a few things and remove a few things.

Prices for this service range from $500 for a half day to $1000 for a full day.

Shopping Services

If you need some new accessories to spice up your space, our shopping services are available at a rate of $75 per hour.

Staging Vacant Properties

For this service, we will rent furntiture and decorative accessories, and set everything up in the home, ready for your first showing.

Prices will vary depending on the size of your home, starting from only $2,500 for a one bedroom apartment.

Colour Consultation

Colour consultation services are available at a rate of $100/hour. Your package includes painting tips and tricks, information on different types of paint finishes and expert decorating advice.

Interior Redesign

Why should your home only look it's best when you are looking to sell it? Your new home, or the one you have lived in for years can be re-designed to make you feel like you are living in a show suite. One tailored to your personality.

One-Day Home Makeover

Using our unique formula, and just what you have already, we can give your home a fresh look in one day.

Prices range from $500 for a half day to redesign one room, to $1000 for a full day to redesign up to three rooms.

Once you have sold your home and it's time to move into anew one, you may be struggling to see how your things will fit into the new space. Moving is stressful enough! Let us unpack and set up your new home for you.
