Our latest staging project was quite a special home – a Vancouver Special to be exact. If you’re unfamiliar, a Vancouver Special is a home with a specific architectural style that was prevalent in our city for a stretch between 1965-1985.
It’s outside may be familiar, but the inside of each home varies according to its inhabitant’s style and taste.
We staged this home to appeal to a broad range of home buyers, but with our signature lines, colours and comfort. Let’s take a closer look!
The beautiful grey tones in this living room make the unexpected sapphire touches glow.
A quiet but bright dining room with some thought provoking artwork and decadent chairs seems like the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and reflection on the day ahead.
Yellow can be a tricky colour to incorporate into an adult’s bedroom but if you get the shade just right and pair it with dove grey and an eye catching pattern, it works beautifully.
Clean, modern, with rich wood touches and the perfect sink – we love this bathroom.
