REALTORS® packages

At Urban Presentations Home Staging, we fine tune our Realtor packages to suit your needs.

  • Complimentary Staging Cost Estimates

    • One of our professional Property Stylists will meet with you and/or your client at their home or property to assess the space and confer with you regarding staging goals, potential buyer demographics, timeline and budget. We will put together a detailed proposal/estimate for consideration.

  • Full-service UP Staging including furniture rentals - packages based on estimates

    • Based on your Urban Presentations cost estimate - we will fill your client’s property with a beautiful customized staging design suited to the property’s architecture and demographic. Buyers will fall in love when they view it on MLS and again when they see it in person.

  • staging consultations $125/Hour

    • We conduct a client-friendly and professional walk-through and assessment of your clients space, providing direction on room function ideals, furniture & artwork placement, cleaning expectations, de-cluttering and repairs. Clients can take their own notes, or we can follow-up with a detailed homework list!

  • 2-3 hour UP Mini-Stage $250

    • Have a client whose space needs more than a consultation, but not a full staging in order to be photograph ready? We can roll up our sleeves and set to work with light furniture adjustment, accessory placement, re-hanging of artwork and a quick once-over of high impact areas of the property.

  • Staging for Living Nesting Package ($500 - $800)

    • So many of our clients ask us where we were when they moved into their homes. “I wish we could have been living like this all along!” Gift your client with a nesting package that will help them with room function, furniture placement and art and accessory styling.
